Home sales in Clinton Utah fell 20% in November this year with a total of 16 units sold compared to the same month last 2010 with a total of 20 units sold.

From a year ago's median sold price of $165,000 and original list price of $174,900, prices of homes decrease 10.28% to this year's median sold price of $148,035 and original list price of $162,450.

In November this year, each square foot of Clinton home sold cost approximately $68.63. The median square feet size of these homes was 1,823. The average home sold includes four bedrooms and two baths.

Clinton Home Sales Remain Steady in October

ClintonUT Real Estate had a total of 17 homes went sold in the month of October 2011 which is of the same number as to the total sold homes in the same period last year.

Sales price decline 5.06% from last year’s median sold price of $168,000 and original list price of $179,900 to this year’s median sold price of $159,500 and original list price of $165,000. 

In October this year, the median dollar per square foot price of homes went sold was $74.03. Half of these homes sold were bigger than 2,001 square feet. The average home had three bedrooms and two baths.
